Osteo massage is a therapy that combines osteopathic technique and expertise with soft tissue massage creating a more relaxing and therapeutic treatment.

At the beginning of the appointment your therapist will discuss your requirements and provide an individual treatment based on whatever you feel needs attention. This can be a whole body treatment or it can be focused on certain areas such as head and neck, back and shoulders or legs and feet.

Patients need to have attended an Initial assessment and treatment prior to booking an Osteo-Massage.
